Dry Needling
Dry needle treatment, also known as myofascial point dry needling, involves inserting thin needles into muscles, tendons, ligaments, and scar tissue. The purpose is the target trigger points that are tight and/ or causing pain that may limit mobility. The needles stimulate the trigger points which can help decrease muscle tightness, increase blood flow, and reduce pain.

Infrared Sauna Sessions
An infrared sauna uses infrared light to generate heat, which is absorbed by the body directly rather than heating the air like a traditional sauna. Some benefits of infrared sauna may include:

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine where cups are placed on the skin to create suction. Cupping may be added to a chiropractic session. Some of the benefits of cupping may include promotion of blood circulation, muscle tension relief, pain reduction, improvement in lymphatic drainage, reduction of inflammation and an improved sense of relaxation.
